Keathan's Easter at Grandma's

Keathan FINALLY got the idea of an egg hunt. Keathan had the easiest version of the games, and he did great!! He really was more interested in the candy in the eggs though. He pushed his egg around so much and was hitting it like a hockey puck, that the shell broke right off and the hard boiled egg was all over Grandmas living room. He got Thomas swimming trunks, and a Take and Go Thomas train track. (Can you tell he LOVES Thomas the train!!?)

Aydan's Easter at Grandma's

Aydan LOVED the games!! He thought they were so much fun! He stacked the toilet paper, carried the eggs, dropped the clothes pins, the balloon one was kinda tricky, but so much fun!

He finally got the concept of an egg hunt. He wasn't too fond of it at the zoo, but by the time we had one at Grandma's...he was a pro! He was even helping Keathan find his! Aydan had Dinosaur eggs!

He loved his Frank playset (from Cars). And he also got dinosaur swim trunks. It was a super fun day!

Julia's Easter at Grandma's

Julia was SUPER excited to do Preschool Games (see the picture of her screaming on the couch!!) She was a really good sport, since her's were so challenging that she actually lost the challenges! She had micro sized everything, tooth picks to roll the eggs, a baby spoon to carry the eggs, hands in oven mitts for the clothes pin drop, and she had to stack 12 rolls of toilet paper! She even did it with her feet!! She searched and searched for her goody bag...which was in Grandmas closet on a hanger. She loved her new swimsuit cover and Now 33 music CD.

Alyse's Easter at Grandma's

Grandma put on an egg hunt, and Preschool Games "in it to win it!" The games were harder for the girls! Alyse's games were dropping clothes pins into a glass, rolling an egg with a Q-tip, carrying an egg on a soup spoon, hopping from the upstairs with a balloon between her legs, picking up cotton balls with tongs. Then they got to go on a scavenger hunt to find an Easter present. Alyse got a swimsuit coverup and The Wizards of Waverly Place Movie.

Egg Hunt at the Zoo

What CHAOS!!! It was a beautiful day with so many kids! Hundreds of kids came to the zoo to do the annual egg hunt. Keathan didn't want any eggs at all, and when he finally got some, he threw a FIT FIT FIT when he had to turn them in for the prize. Aydan wouldn't do it alone, so I finally helped him and he only got 3 out of the 6 eggs. Either way, he got a prize. Julia and Alyse tried really hard to find the shiny eggs which meant an awesome prize. No such luck. Afterwards we walked around the zoo. That's the next blog.

Downtown Easter Egg Hunt

We went on the Downtown Easter Egg Hunt with Janna and Leia. Both Leia and Keathan weren't fans of the Easter Bunny, but didn't meltdown too much!! Keathan really didn't get the idea, he gave his candy to the workers handing out their candy. "Here are some raisins" and Keathan would give them a Reeces in return. Nothing wrong with Sharing!
